The opportunity
CALIN will fund an R&D project of up to 3 years – typical 1yr R&D project costs conducted by a postdoctoral scientist are £65,000; thus SMEs will be receiving significant financial support to conduct R&D through the CALIN Operation activity.
The cost
In-kind contribution of 15,000 Euro (per short/medium term project of up to 2 yrs) or 16,500 Euro (per long term 3 yr project)
The projects
R&D projects can be undertaken quickly with estimated timing from EOI (please email and we can fill one out together) to project kick-off is typically 1-3 months.
Networking
Network events to link SMEs to a supply chains; provide support and business opportunities; promote international collaboration within the life science and health technology business community.
