This team event is structured to provide an element of one to one mentoring and coaching, to raise self-awareness and to facilitate sub-learning/research groups.
Group activities will also take place some of which will be gratefully guided by Bangor Universities Staff Development Team.
Topics to be covered include group publishing strategy, research direction, grant capture strategies and a seminar on IP.
